全市新兴领域妇联组织提质扩面推进会召开并发布年度计划 力争到年底全市新兴领域妇联组织覆盖率达到98%_我的网站

一 |     近年来，随着新经济组织、新社会组织、新就业群体等新兴领域大量青年女性集聚，杭州“她经济”效益愈加明显，针对女司机、女骑手、女主播、摊位女主理人、民宿女主人等群体的行业妇联、商圈妇联纷纷涌现，将关爱服务精准延伸至“最后一公里”，助力杭州高质量发展中的“她力量”融入城市基层治理，成了这些女性身边“懂行”又暖“新”的娘家人。

二 | 近日，全市新兴领域妇联组织提质扩面推进会召开，总结我市妇联组织建设工作成效，部署下一阶段提质扩面任务，发布年度计划，解读工作指引，对全市新兴领域妇联组织在阵地建设、队伍培育、机制创新等方面，提出了新要求。    On 11 May 1970, Bombay (now Mumbai) saw the stars of Hindi cinema gather to celebrate films from 1969 at the 17th Filmfare Awards. Amongst the biggest winners that night was Aradhana, a romantic drama directed by Shakti Samanta. On Sharmila Tagore's birthday, we look back at the iconic wins of the movie, including Sharmila Tagore's win in the Best Actress category.          Aradhana was released on 7 November 1969 in Hindi. It starred Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore in lead roles. The story mixes romance, sacrifice, identity, and strong emotions. Vandana (Sharmila Tagore) falls in love with Arun (Rajesh Khanna), who is an Air Force pilot. After Arun’s death in a crash, Vandana must face stigma, raise her son against odds, even when forced to give him up. She then becomes his caretaker later in life without revealing she is his mother. Over time, the film shows her silent strength and love.       At the 17th Filmfare Awards, Aradhana led the nominations with 9 nods. It won Best Film, and Sharmila Tagore won her first (and only) Best Actress award for her role as Vandana. Aradhana also gained praise for its music: songs like Mere Sapno Ki Rani became iconic. The film quickly became a blockbuster, not just in India, but also in the Soviet Union. It marked the rise of Rajesh Khanna as a superstar, and it firmly established Sharmila Tagore’s status among leading actresses.       Looking back to the 17th Filmfare Awards, Aradhana remains a landmark, not just for awards, but for stories that touch the heart. Dilip Kumar and Meena Kumari。会议明确要深化党建带妇建，深入实施《杭州市妇联开展暖“新”行动三年行动方案》，创新出台《杭州市新兴领域妇建联络员（指导员）管理办法》，通过全面建立建强妇建指导员队伍，实现重点企业、园区、商圈、楼宇、社会组织联络指导全覆盖，打通基层妇建工作末梢；巩固重点非公企业妇联阵地建设成果，推动民企500强、互联网百强、专精特新“小巨人”企业等妇联组织应建尽建、动态清零；深化省市重点区域妇联组织覆盖，打造特色妇建品牌；提升重点行业妇建质量，实现市、县两级贯通；关注社交电商、直播、网约家政、快递、外卖、网约车、货车司机7类新就业群体，拓展相关领域妇联组织建设覆盖面，推动暖“新”驿家在新就业群体集中的领域提质扩面，不断增强新兴领域妇女群众归属感获得感安全感等。预计2026年底，全市新兴领域妇联组织覆盖率将达到98%，实现“有形”覆盖与“有效”覆盖的双提升。此前，杭州各级妇联按照“单独组建、行业统建、区域联建、村社兜底建”四类模式，率先成立了全国首家数字经济妇联、网络作家村妇联、直播电商行业妇联等一批新兴领域妇联组织，将妇联工作延伸至产业园区、楼宇商圈、平台企业、社会组织、快递外卖、直播电商等行业领域，并依托“暖‘新’驿家”“妇女微家”“妇女之家”前沿阵地矩阵，把维权帮扶、创业赋能、暖心关爱服务送至新就业女性身边，形成了一批可复制、可推广的妇建样板。

三 | 接下来，杭州将持续织密新兴领域妇联组织网络，引领新兴领域妇联组织围绕思想政治引领、巾帼岗位建功、妇女关爱服务、基层治理参与等方面，激活联动效能，开展特色活动，打造“暖新”品牌，团结动员全市广大新兴领域女性融入城市发展脉络，建功新时代。同时，聚焦暖心守护、成长赋能、人才领航、行业互助、共治增效五大方向，做好诉求回应、联动帮扶、权益维护、技能培训等工作，不断提升新兴领域妇联组织引领力、组织力、服务力。
